Coleman Research Group, Inc. (www.colemanrg.com) is an independent research firm providing institutional investors direct access to industry professionals through one-on-one phone consultations, in-person meetings, seminars and educational events. Due to the continued growth of our business, we are currently looking to recruit individuals to work in an Account Manager role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close knit, dynamic and enthusiastic team.
Position Summary:
The role involves managing a selection of strategic accounts, and the primary responsibility is to create and then deepen business relationships within these accounts. The role involves building and managing client relationships through effective client service and project management. The Account Manager also works directly with clients to manage and ensure high quality and timely turnaround on project requests and service needs, and with our Institutional Sales and Research teams. This team environment enables the Account Manager to bring the highest level of service to our clients and to gain insight into several facets of the financial services industry.
Compensation Package:
Base salary plus participation in a robust production commission plan. Participation in
401-K plan, medical, dental, discount vision, life insurance and commuter benefits.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Approximately 2-3 years of related work experience
- Client-facing experience a must. Preference will be given to candidates with Institutional Investor, Hedge Fund, Money Market Manager, etc. client experience
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building customer relationships to develop accounts
- Client project management experience is a plus
- Task-oriented and diligent
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
