Coleman Research Group is currently seeking a Compliance Associate based in London to assist the New York Compliance Department with the following:
- Monitoring of real-time, firm-wide Compliance program
- Monitoring of daily Compliance reports
- Day-to-day operations of the Compliance department
- Management of data, including:
- comparing contact data against resume and/or submitted biographic data
- ensuring all data points are accurate and complete
- confirming formatting consistency
- cross-referencing information from multiple databases
- extracting any additional data as needed.
- Training of CRG staff regarding compliance procedures
- Other projects as requested
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience (investment management compliance or internal audit responsibilities are a plus)
- Foreign language skills are a plus (German, Portuguese or Spanish)
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written skills
- The ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Detail and process oriented
- Strong understanding of the financial markets and primary research process
