Data Analyst Position Summary:

Coleman Research Group is seeking Data Analysts based in our New York headquarters. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a close knit, fast growing team. Data Analysts are responsible for data clean up of various entries within our proprietary software database. This includes comparing contact data against resume and/or submitted biographic data; ensuring all data points are accurate and complete; confirming formatting consistency; cross-referencing information from multiple databases; and extracting any additional data as needed. Data items include name, title, employment, employment history, company association, industry, etc. The likely candidate should have some supervisory experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Meet and maintain daily/weekly production goals
  • Meet and maintain daily/weekly quality goals
  • Managing additional tasks as required
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 1 - 2 years of supervisory experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation Package:

Base salary plus monthly production incentive and annual bonus potential
