Coleman Research Group, Inc. (www.colemanrg.com) is an independent research firm providing institutional investors direct access to industry professionals through one-on-one phone consultations, in-person meetings, seminars and educational events. We are currently looking to recruit a Data Analyst based in our New York headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close knit, dynamic and enthusiastic team.
Position Summary:
The Data Analyst will monitor and assist with database operations. Responsiblilities include the processing and quality of all data being entered by Executive Forum Members (EFMs). The Data Analyst will work closely with data team members to ensure all new Executive Forum Member profiles are reviewed for accuracy, completeness and extract any additional information as needed.
Compensation Package:
Base salary plus participation in a production incentive plan. Participation in 401(k) plan, medical, dental and commuter benefits.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Approximately 1 - 2 years of experience
- Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Must be motivated, reliable and energetic
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a great sense of urgency
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Daily work schedule varies; flexibility is a must
