Position Summary:
The rapid growth of our business demands an addition to our Account Management team in Hong Kong. Account Managers manage a selection of strategic accounts, while creating and deepening business relationships within these key accounts. The role involves building, managing and growing client relationships through effective client service and project management. Account Managers also work directly with clients to manage and ensure high quality and timely turnaround on project requests and service needs, while managing project workflow as part of our Institutional Sales team and interacting with our Research teams. This team environment enables the Account Manager to bring the highest level of service to our clients and to gain insight into several facets of the financial services industry.
Coleman Research Group’s Account Managers should possess financial services experience. The successful candidate should be intellectually curious, goal-oriented, and well-organized. The ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines, a sense of urgency, attention to detail and personal integrity are essential. Excellent command of English and interpersonal skills are required.
Requirements:
- A degree from a top tier college or university
- Approximately 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
- Previous client relationship or sales experience preferred
- Leadership qualities, energetic and the ability to adapt in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication skills, team player, goal-oriented and diligent
- Foreign language skills are a plus
