The growth of our international business has created an opportunity for a Research Associate in our Hong Kong office. The Research Associate's primary role is to identify and recruit industry experts in the Asia-Pacific region for customized client requests. The Research Associate position offers the opportunity to learn about numerous industries and to gain working knowledge of how the institutional investment community engages in primary research. Additionally, Research Associates will liaise with our offices in New York, London and Beijing.
The ideal candidate will be research-oriented, intellectually curious, goal-oriented, and organized. The ability to multitask under time constraints, a sense of urgency, attention to detail and personal integrity are essential. Fluency in English is required, as are excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- A degree from a top-tier university, GPA will be considered
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership qualities, positive energy, the ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
