Position Summary

The Recruiting Associate will be responsible for growing Coleman Research Group's network of experts by identifying and recruiting industry professionals to join our Executive Forum. Recruiting Associates will correspond regularly with senior executives to establish valuable professional relationships. Successful candidates must be poised and professional with exceptionally strong communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Create strategy for targeting and recruiting qualified industry experts
  • Liaise with CRG's Research Department to assess the demand for experts in each industry sector
  • Contact professionals by way of cold-calling, email campaigns, industry and networking referrals, professional associations and other relationships
  • Interview Executive Form Members to collect and update accurate data utilizing our data management applications
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree required
  • 0 to 3 years of post-undergraduate experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cold-call and build rapport with people is a must
  • Successful track record working in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid MS Office skills
